ISDE grant for roof insulation
Would you like to make your home more sustainable and save on your energy bills? Then you may be able to make use of the ISDE subsidy (Investment Subsidy for Sustainable Energy and Energy Saving). With this scheme, you can get back part of the costs for roof insulation. The scheme is implemented by the Netherlands Enterprise Agency (RVO).
When are you eligible?
You may be eligible if:
- you are both the owner and resident of the property.
- The property is an existing dwelling.
- The roof insulation is being installed by a professional company.
- The works comply with the current conditions of the RVO.
Conditions for roof insulation
For roof insulation, requirements apply to, among other things:
- minimum area;
- minimum insulation value (Rd);
- the applied insulation material;
- the execution by an approved company.
